Surprise! There are skeptics about the need for compliance with drinking water rules: Arsenic and radium. As there are about the proposed stringent Massachusetts perchlorate MCL – both pro and con! Major G.I. outbreak in Africa related, in part, to drinking water. Another demonstration project for POU treatment for arsenic compliance. It isn't the ozone that's bad, it's just the old equipment.   Hey! Don't blame that perchlorate on us... it was the 'shrooms!

  • Utah town's water voted best of the rural world (Spectrum, April 12)
    Commentary: The first Utah water system to win the NRWA's "Great American Taste Test," Beaver adds the "best water" title to its other considerable attributes, including the best (at least the most enthusiastic) city song and home to both Philo T. Farnsworth and Butch Cassidy. Unlike some other places, Beaver has its arms wide open for a water-bottler to come to town.
