Arizona and California are fighting again: this time it's whether water (carrying chromium) can flow... uphill... under a river. Fluoridation... from the benign to the ridiculous: legislation pros and cons, legalities, surprise, surprise! Congress sees another MTBE-prohibition bill complete with "immunity" provision.
