    Commentary:  It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Washington DOH's water news is the very best we looked at this week!  Even if you run a water system in Kansas or Rhode Island and you don't have your own volcano to worry about, the advice is good.  And... who knew that EPA might take a compliance action on a late CCR even if the state primacy agency chooses not to?  Good info on filter-to-waste and legal liability questions for public water systems!
