Vol. 2, No. 3 --  January 17, 2001

This week's NEWS

The wait for a new arsenic rule continues. California Senator wants USEPA to weigh in on chromium issue. Radionuclides rule gets legal reaction over radium in Wisconsin. Water users in England are not concerned about radon, reminding U.S. utilities that the proposed radon rule has NOT surfaced as a "lame-duck" regulatory effort by the Clinton administration...thankfully. The disparity in drinking water for rich and poor is highlighted by the South African cholera outbreak.
